The Emergency Prep Kit contains essential basic supplies such as a solar emergency radio, a compact gas stove with 4 gas bottles, an LED lantern, a 32-piece first aid kit and two thermal emergency blankets.
The Emergency Package Pro offers the same equipment as the Prep Package, but has been expanded to include a LifeStraw water filter and a solar power bank for extra self-reliance.
The Premium Emergency Package is our most complete set and, in addition to all the items from the Pro package, contains additional provisions for long-term emergencies, such as an emergency ration and a water filter that you can connect to the tap.

Yes, we make sure that everything is charged and/or equipped with batteries, so that you can use the emergency kit immediately in case of emergency.
It is wise to always have a charged power bank in stock, so that you can charge your mobile in case of emergency. However, the government advises to listen to the radio in case of a malfunction or emergency. Our Solar Emergency Radio works without a mobile network and keeps you informed of the latest news.
Our radio has both a LI-ION and AA mode. Without batteries, you can use the radio in LI-ION mode, so you always have access to important updates. In addition, the radio can be charged via solar energy or manually.

Yes, as soon as your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. This allows you to easily track your package until delivery.
Our Premium package will only be delivered after a signature upon receipt, so we can be sure it will arrive safely.
If you order before 17:00, your order will be shipped the same day. In most cases, you will receive the package the next day. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 2 working days.

The stove is easy to use with butane gas bottles. Follow these steps for safe and efficient use:
- Open the gas compartment lid and place the butane gas cylinder in the holder. Make sure the notch on the cylinder is aligned with the lock.
- Press the gas cylinder firmly into place and secure the lock by pushing the lever down.
- Turn the ignition knob to the 'ON' position until you hear a click and the flame ignites.
- Adjust the flame size with the rotary knob.
- After use: Switch off the stove by turning the knob all the way to 'OFF' and remove the gas bottle when you are no longer using the appliance.

For safe use and a long shelf life, it is important to store your butane gas cylinders correctly:
- Store them in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
- Provide adequate ventilation and never store in closed spaces such as a cupboard or cellar without ventilation.
- Store gas bottles upright to prevent leakage.
- Do not store near open flames, sparks or electrical appliances that can generate heat.
Check regularly for damage or rust and do not use a gas cylinder if it is damaged.
The LifeStraw Go 650ml is a reusable water bottle with a built-in filter that removes bacteria, parasites and microplastics, so you can always drink water safely.
To use the bottle, fill it with water from a river, lake, tap or other water source. Then screw the cap on tightly, making sure the filter is secure. Drink through the mouthpiece as you would a regular water bottle; the water is filtered directly as you drink. After use, it is important to blow back through the mouthpiece to keep the filter clean and the bottle dry.
The LifeStraw Go contains two filters. The membrane microfilter has a lifespan of 4,000 liters and removes bacteria, parasites and microplastic. In addition, the bottle contains an active carbon capsule, which filters chemicals, chlorine and pesticides and improves the taste of the water. However, this carbon filter should be replaced every 100 liters, because it loses its effectiveness over time.
